Mexiko Verbraucherpreise

The inflation rate in Mexico edged higher to 3.80% in March of 2025 from 3.77% in the previous month, in line with market expectations, the highest so far this year, but remaining below the upper threshold of the target 4% of the Bank of Mexico's inflation target. Inflation was higher for food, alcohol, and tobacco (4.15% vs 3.78% in February) and but eased slightly for housing (3.64% vs 3.75%). In the meantime, the core inflation rate was loosely unchanged at 3.64%.
